My husband and I have been dealing with the Bill Harris Dealerships for several years. We have purchased probably 10 or 12 new or used vehicles, and have used the service department more times than we care to think. We may even be considered “job security” for the guys in that department.

Recently we had extensive (expensive) work done on my 2003 Impala. It was a difficult decision in regards to repairing or trading in that car. We were able to talk to all the mechanics that worked on the car and even had the opportunity to meet with the head supervisor of the service department. Even though the work was an exorbitant amount, we felt it was beneficial to us to repair the car. There was no rush on the part of the dealership to make a decision and we were able to consider all our options.

In the end…we had the repairs made and kept the car. A short time later, we purchased another new vehicle from the Bill Harris Dealerships. Through all the decision making, and thought process that goes along with purchasing a new car, we have been very happy with “our guy” – Gene Lemaster. To be honest, he is the only person we want to deal with when it comes to buying a new or used car. He is very knowledgeable and definitely not “pushy”. More importantly (for me) I am treated like a prospective buyer – not a woman who should have her husband with her. 

Also, the team of men in the service department (Brandon, Scott, and Rob) treats me with the same respect.

We appreciate their time, knowledge, and consideration they give us each time we come to the dealership. Scott Harris is to be commended for employing such good people. That’s what makes a “good” business “great”!
